The OliBox innovative search system in fact offers much more than a simple text search function. Every file in the archive is searched for by keywords of interest. Each document is then assigned a score based on the relevance of its content with respect to the specified search criteria.

The solution already offers standard OCR (Optical Character Recognition) automated functions, which index the contents of scanned or photographed documents.
